What a day!!

Well today has been an insane day!! If you have already noticed, I have not posted any pictures because when I tell you about my day you wouldn't want to see any pictures. It all started early this morning around 3am. I just had my wisdom teeth taken out on Friday and these last couple of days my mouth has just been in pain. I keep taking Motrin but it only works for a few hours!! (If I take the Vicodin it makes me too sleep and groggy so I stopped taking it) So this morning at 3am I woke up with pain in my lower jaw and took a Motrin but could not fall back to sleep until around 4am, but I only slightly fell back asleep because my mouth hurt so bad I was ready to just go sleep in the lazyboy chair in the living room!! Then 5:45am rolls around and it was time to get up to go to work. I really did not want to go to work because my mouth hurts so much but I couldn't afford to take anymore time off and I had lots of stuff to do with my kids at school. So I get my painful ass out of bed and get ready. Then I go wake the boys up and do my normal morning routine. We are out the door early and head to the gas station to get the freakin' $4.09 a gallon gas!!!! The boys are acting fine but Logan was coughing and coughing. He seems to have gotten a cold last week and has this awful nasty cough, he didn't look too good but when I asking him if he was fine he said yes. So then we headed to Patrick's work to drop him off and then me and the boys are on our way to school. Logan kept coughing and coughing, it was getting so bad that I was ready to pull over and give him a towel in case he had to throw up. At this point he did not look good at all but my mouth hurt so bad I just wanted to get to work, fast!! Then it happened!!!!!! Logan coughed really hard and started to throw up and throw up and throw up. I pulled the car over and when I stopped I think Logan's throwing up grossed Dylan out so much that he started to throw up too!!!!!!! I could not believe my eyes!!!!!!!!!!! Both of my children were puking everywhere in the car...and the smell was awful!!!!!! I had a panic attack and freaked out...what to do...go to work and clean them up...go home...call Patrick...what??? So I first called work and told them what had happened. Then I called Patrick on my way home. Then I called work back and told them I just could not come in and that I was going home to clean my boys up and the car!!!! Meanwhile my mouth is just throbbing in pain and I can't believe that I have to clean up puke when I should be resting my mouth!!!!!! So I call Patrick's mom to come over to help with the boys. When we got home I gave the boys a bath to get all the throw up smell off of them. Then I head out to the car. I had to take both car seats out and wash and clean everything...thank god Patrick's mom helped me clean because I felt like I was about to pass out from the pain of my mouth!! Once everything was clean and washed I put the carseats back in the car and put the boys down for a nap. Now I am finally able to relax but I really can't...my mouth hurts so DAMN BAD and I still have to wait another 30 minutes to take some more Motrin. So "What a Day"!!!!!!! And I still have to go back to get Patrick from work!! Hopefully no more throwing up. So far so good...I'm keeping my fingers crossed!! Now naptime for me...see ya!!!!!!!!!!

New Big Boy Bunk Beds!!

Well it finally arrived...Logan's big boy bunk beds!! It took 8 weeks for the beds to come but right on time and looking perfect. For now nobody sleeps on the top bunk, that's why we took off the ladder. In the future Logan will get the top bunk and Dylan will get the bottom. But for now, Logan just loves the new bunks and he looks so cute in it too!! Plus if you look really close on Logan's blue quilt near the foot of the bed you can see this black furry blob...well, that's our cat Maxie making herself at home on Logan's new bed. She even loves his new bed too!!

Dylan had to get in on the pictures. I was taking lots of pics of Logan in the new bunks and Dylan started saying, "take me picture" over and over. So when I turned the camera on him he actually gave me nice big fat smile when I said smile...my little cutie...say cheese :)
